Cantor Funds Opens Northdale Executive Suites
Residents of one of Florida’s hottest and most populous neighborhoods can move out of their home offices and into Northwest Tampa’s newest executive suites. Cantor opened their second office suite operation in Northwest Tampa. Northdale Executive Suites is located on the first floor of the Northdale Plaza office building at 3903 Northdale Boulevard just off North Dale Mabry Highway. The full-service facility offers clients a variety of office suites for lease, three different levels of virtual office programs and conference room rentals.
“With our neighboring Suites at the Plaza maintaining full occupancy we saw a pent-up demand for executive suites in the area,” stated Cantor VP Holly Steffens. The company’s newest suites are located in the 33624 zip code in the heart of the Carrollwood/Northdale area – one of Florida’s most desirable neighborhoods according to the June issue of Florida Realtor magazine. “Our market extends from Carrollwood and Northdale into Lutz including the Cheval and Van Dyke Farms neighborhoods.” Over 100,000 people reside in these areas with many self-employed or working from virtual offices. Executive suites not only benefit individual or small business entrepreneurs but also serve as satellite offices for remote employees of larger firms. Conference room rentals are also available to tenants and non-tenants.
