Cantor purchased Brighton Pavilions in 2011, the shopping center is well-located near downtown Brighton with anchors tenants such as AMC theatre, RTD, Starbucks, Lonestar Steakhouse, and Cold Stone Creamery. Cantor sold the property in May 2014.
